This CD-ROM contains supplementary information related to the doctoral disertation of
Timothy J. Crone entitled 'Tidally-Forced Fluid Flow Variability Within Mid-Ocean Ridge
Hydrothermal Systems: Models and Measurement Techniques'. This disc contains the movie and
sound files referenced within the text of the dissertation in the 'supplementary'
directory, and it contains the LaTeX source code and a PDF version of the disertation in
the 'text' directory. This disc contains the original PDF and EPS versions of all figures
in the 'figures' directory, and it also contains LaTeX class and Bibtex style files
required to compile the LaTeX source files in the 'classes' directory.


Licensing
---------

The two files contained in the 'classes' directory are released under the licenses
described within those two files. Special thanks goes to Patrick W. Daly and The American
Geophysical Union for allowing agufull04.bst to be released under the LaTeX Project Public
License. Special thanks also goes to Jim Fox and The University of Washington for allowing
uwthesis.cls to be released under the Apache License, Version 2.0. I thank both of these
contributors for their work on these class and style files. Their efforts made my life
immeasureably easier during the formatting stage of the production of this dissertation.

The other files on this CD-ROM are released under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share
Alike 3.0 License, except where these files and/or documents have been copywrited by
publishers of my individual papers under other licensing arrangements.
